Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after order and payment to cancel. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at admin@quickstepcenter.online or visit the center at -Apartment 9, Floor 4, Building 288, New Maadi, Cairo, 11742, Egypt 

If your return is accepted, we will refund the full cost of the lessons that you have not used.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is incorrect or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to cancel the order, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new course or lesson. 

Refunds 

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your cancellation (return) request to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
